Public Sector collaboration

Many voluntary organisations benefit from strong working relationships with local communities. As a result of this direct involvement, there are many opportunities to work in partnership with the public sector.

Across the whole of South Yorkshire, there are many diverse services delivered through joint public and third sector collaboration. From social and welfare support services, to recycling, regeneration and childcare and health. 

Arguably one of the greatest barriers facing collaboration is a lack of awareness of the sheer diversity of the skills offered by the third sector.
